Can I self collect?
Yes you may self collect between the given time slots.
Pickup location: Arthur Street, Mermaid Beach 4218.
Mon, Tue, Wed: 3PM – 5PM
Thu, Fri: 9AM – 11AM, 3PM – 5PM
Sat, Sun: 9AM – 11AM
Do you deliver?
We do not deliver at the moment.
What is your availability?
We require 3 days notice to place an order.
After add a product to the cart, you can check the availability at the checkout.
Do you offer gluten free options?
Yes. To order gluten free cake, please fill up the custom order form.
The date I am trying to book is not showing, can I place an order?
If your desired date is not showing, this date is already fully booked or is no longer available. Contact us and we may be able to accommodate rush orders.
What is the best way to serve and store my cake?
Keep the cake away from direct heat or sunlight to avoid damage.
Best consumed on day of delivery.
All of our cakes are stored in the refrigerator before pickup/delivery to ensure smooth transportation.
However, please allow 1 hour to 2 hours for cakes to come to room temperature before serving.
If you wish to consume your cake the day following pickup/delivery, please refrigerate your cake overnight in our packaging and let it sit in room temperature 1 hour prior to consumption.
The leftover cake can be stored in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days – over time, moisture is drawn out of the cake and the texture becomes drier.
Do you offer allergy friendly cake?
We offer allergen-friendly cakes, however, the kitchen does contain nuts, animal products and gluten.
Therefore, we cannot completely guarantee that the product does not contain traces of allergens.
What should I do if I want to change my order?
If you wish to change the date or details of your order, just send us an email with your order info to contact@yumbakery.com.au with your amendments.
There is a $10 admin fee for changes.
We cannot make changes to your order within 7 days.
It is important to mention that we only accept order amendments in writing, via email.
Can I cancel my order and have refund?
Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of pickup date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made within 13-8 days of the pickup date will receive 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the pickup date will receive no refund.

Are your cakes Halal?
All our cakes DO NOT contain alcohol or animal fat within the cake or frosting.
Do you do vegan cake?
We are currently not doing vegan cake.
Do you make tier cake?
Not at the moment.
