Delivery Service Announcement
We’re excited to announce that Yum Bakery is now offering delivery services! However, we’re currently limiting this service to a select group of customers as we want to see how things go first before opening it up to the general public.
Delivery Area & Schedule
- Yum Bakery delivers to most of the Gold Coast area, with some suburbs excluded based on distance. You can view the list of suburbs and the associated delivery fees in the dropdown list above. If you don’t see your suburb listed, please contact us for assistance.
- Deliveries occur between Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Exact times cannot be specified as drivers follow a planned route.
Delays & Responsibility
- While we strive to meet delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur.
- Yum Bakery is not responsible for delays outside our control, but every effort is made to deliver on time and in perfect condition.
- No refunds will be issued for deliveries outside the estimated time window as they are simply a guide.
Unavailable Recipients & Inaccessible Locations
- If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver will call you. You can then instruct the driver to leave your cake at a preferred location on your property or with a neighbor.
- If the driver is unable to reach you after two attempts, or if the contact number provided is incorrect, your product will be returned to our bakery, and a re-delivery fee will apply for the next day.
Accuracy of Delivery Information
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. If the delivery address supplied by the customer is incorrect or insufficient details are provided, Yum Bakery does not accept any responsibility for incorrect deliveries.
- It is the customer's obligation to provide accurate information when processing the order.
Restaurant, Hotels, Apartment Buildings, and Complexes
- Please ensure your order includes a valid phone number (if using an overseas number, please provide the country code), the recipient's name or company name, and the booking name and/or room number if delivering to a hotel or restaurant.
- For restaurant and hotel deliveries, it’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- For complexes and apartment deliveries, the recipient must meet the driver at the concierge or outside the building complex to pick up the order.
